Tickets and Entry

Q: What is the stadium’s capacity and what is the record attendance? A: The current seating capacity of Malone Stadium is approximately 27,617 (sometimes cited as 30,427). The record attendance was 31,175, set on September 21, 2012, during a game against Baylor.

Q: What is the ticket policy for children? A: For most events, children aged two (2) and under do not require a ticket, provided they sit on an accompanying adult’s lap. All other spectators must have a ticket for admission.

Stadium Policies and Amenities

Q: What items are prohibited from entering the stadium? A: Prohibited items include outside food/drink, bottles, cans, athletic balls, banners, signage, controlled substances, cameras with lenses 6″ or longer, ice chests, umbrellas, large flags, weapons, and animals (except service animals). Bags and other items are subject to search for fan safety and must fit within the assigned seating area.

Q: Is alcohol sold at Malone Stadium? A: Yes, Malone Stadium is one of the collegiate venues that sells beer and mixed drinks at designated concession stands. Guests must be 21 or older to purchase and consume alcohol. Bringing outside alcoholic beverages into the stadium is strictly prohibited.

Rentals and Facilities

Malone Stadium, JPS Field, and other ULM Athletics facilities (including Fant-Ewing Coliseum and Brown Stadium) are available for rental. Rental requests must be submitted through ULM Athletics Facility Rentals at least 14 days prior to the event and require proof of liability insurance (minimum of $1,000,000 in Comprehensive General Liability coverage).

Q: What are the premium seating options at the stadium? A: Premium areas include Luxury Suites and Skyboxes located in the West Stand, as well as unique premium end zone seating areas. Access to these areas is typically managed through the ULM Athletic Foundation and may require an annual donation.
